Everything was amazing here, and the views were exceptional! We got room with beautiful decor and a beautiful bathroom to relax.

Fairly clean hotel, strategic location near Millenium Park, traditional breakfast.

It was clean and stylish place, warm rooms. I loved the room with a view, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I had an extra special stay here, excellent value for money. Normal double rooms, quiet location, absolutely brilliant staff. Breakfast was hot, lots of food, nice balcony. There were power sockets and buzzer in the room, loved that.

Efficient location and light gorgeous room. My stay was awesome, and the entire staff was skilled. Soft beds, 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO, TV set and terrace in the room. Facilities were basic, especially the pool.

Fairly clean, comfy hotel, impeccable rooms and VERY COURTEOUS staff. Elegant style property with cozy furniture in the rooms. The early check-in too. Hot drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel has very convenience location just next door to Navy Pier, PLENTY of places to Shop, downtown restaurants. Got well cleaned, huge room with a spacious bathroom. Efficient staff, excellent pool.

truly enjoyed the pool. adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. besides, the parking was on-site. excellent home base for exploring chicago.

It deserves its 4 stars. Comfy beds and GREAT staff. 15 mins walk to the center. Found a place called Au Bon Pain, set a couple of blocks away the hotel, ate there a few times.

The beds were great. Walking distance to the field museum. Location adjacent to Harbor Point bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away.

We went to see magnificent mile and museum campus nearby. The service was here great. Chicago Loop district definitely deserves exploring. Location so close to Grand...
